Mother Nature is the artist. I just collect the memories…

Alabama Hills, CA

I posted these photos the other day, too.  Again…I thought someone, somewhere, for some unknown reason, might be interested in viewing the exposure data…

  1. Alabama Hills, or Captain Kirk’s extraterrestrial planets is a great photography location. I love pictures 5 and 6, they are dynamic, strong, scenic compositions. In picture 1 the bright stone at the top of the frame is disturbing an otherwise excellent picture. Picture 3 is a bit too symmetric for my taste (horizon in the middle).
On of my favorites is the last shot. The bright red flower is like a beacon of hope. Have you noticed the out of focus twig in the lower left corner?
Great photographs. I will come back to your blog for more.
