Tungsten Hills, CA

Took a quick drive over to the Tungsten Hills just outside of town today.  There were some heavy clouds coming in from the west over the Sierras, and nice, blue skies to the east over the Whites.  A nice day for taking pictures…

The next few pictures were taken using the monotone feature of my camera.  I’ve always loved shooting Black and White, so it’s really nice to have this feature available…

    Those grayscaled shots really maintained their integrity in the conversion. Very nice.

    • I didn’t use a conversion, I shot them in monotone. They don’t lose anything that way. It’s like changing between color and B&W film for each picture, which is a REALLY neat feature to have…
